Techline, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales person to work in the Austin office. This position will support the Austin, TX sales team.

Responsibilities include:

Answer, route, and respond to incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner

Issue purchase orders to vendors and enter internal purchase orders from customers

Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on monthly sales levels

Develop relationships with external customers, vendors, and internal customers

Communicate closely with internal warehouse personnel and other sales team members

Process customer credit card payments and other customer payment methods

Ensure data accuracy on all orders and invoices, both outgoing and incoming

Understand and use freight and shipping terms and requirements when placing orders

Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum of three years related work experience preferred

Practical experience with purchasing software and entering purchase and sales orders

Software application proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
