Primary Purpose
The Techline HR Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for maintaining data and file integrity, answering customer questions, routing customer questions to other members of the HR team, and following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance is maintained.
Major Responsibilities/Tasks
Answer, route, and respond to incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner – low volume
Review and audit expense reports to ensure compliance
Assist with administering the corporate card program
Maintain physical and digital employee files and conduct routine file audits
Respond to verification of employment requests
Coordinate company philanthropic efforts and department celebrations
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources
This role supports all departments and managers throughout the company. This role is diverse and varies daily depending on priorities, however, tasks may be repetitive in nature.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one-year related work experience preferred
Ideal Applicants Will
Have experience with computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Acrobat.
Exhibit strong data entry, attention to detail, and organization skills.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate initiative to take on new projects and learn new skills.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
