Techline, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to work in the Professional Services Group in Austin, Texas.
Purpose: The Techline Recruitment Coordinator is primarily responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining talent to satisfy organizational needs. This role will be responsible for effectively managing job postings, listings, and ads using multiple platforms. They will also coordinate the new hire process and provide seamless communication between candidates and supervisors when collecting new employee paperwork.
This is an in-person position reporting to a professional office daily.
Role and Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of the talent acquisition process
Manage job postings, edit/create job descriptions, schedule candidate interviews, and conduct phone screens
Collect and review new hire documents from candidates, including all state and federally-mandated forms
Coordinate completion and retention of tax forms, employment verification forms, and employee personnel files
Display high attention to detail to ensure that all forms are completed and accurately entered into our HRIS on a new employee’s first day
Conduct frequent analyses of recruiting process to find key metrics and areas for improvement
Maintain ongoing knowledge of company policies and practices
Participate in in-person and virtual onboarding activities
Maintain physical and digital employee files and conduct routine file audits
Coordinate company philanthropic efforts and department celebrations
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent preferred
At least two years of relevant recruiting experience
Must prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently; as well as part of a team
Preferred Skills
General knowledge of recruiting best practices
Experience with ADP WFN
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Effective oral and written communication
Excellent interpersonal skills
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
