Primary Purpose
Serve as the first point of contact for Techline San Antonio office.
Major Responsibilities/Tasks
Reception
Answer, route, and respond to incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Greet, assist, and direct visitors
Office Administration
Sort and distribute mail daily
Maintain and order office supplies for work group
Organize files for billing, records, etc.
Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
This role is diverse and varies daily depending on priorities, however tasks may be reparative in nature.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one-year related work experience required
Ideal Applicants Will:
Have experience with computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Acrobat.
Exhibit strong data entry and organization skills.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate initiative to take on new projects and learn new skills.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
