Job Description
DOE is looking for a Java Programmer to develop and maintain DOE supported full stack web-based Java/JEE applications with RDBMS using standard methods and tools. Maintain all current applications per user requirements. Contribute to ad hoc reporting; adhering to DOE and state software standards. Utilize the current infrastructure and technology to maintain a stable and secure development environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience working in modern full-stack web-based Java development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL – Required 5 Years
WebLogic JEE container interfacing with relational databases (RDBMS) on Windows and/or, Linux platform. – Required 3 Years
Knowledge and skill in system development methodology (applications development including analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation). – Required 5 Years
Knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite. – Required 2 Years
Excellent analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. – Required 3 Years
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the success of projects and systems. – Required 3 Years
Experience in the latest JDeveloper, Eclipse, struts2, Hibernate, Spring, jQuery, Hitachi Pentaho Reporting, CVS, Toad, and Oracle Database. – Required 3Years
Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects, developing the project scope, and estimates of effort. – Required 5 Years
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in information systems, computer science, or related field. – Required 4 Years
