We're hiring a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to be part of our team. This person will be responsible for working with team members in a support role and would be doing following activities:
Office / Administrative Support:
• General office management duties
• Assisting in the preparation of invoices
Personal Assistant to Owners, Marketing Support:
• Managing the Principal’s calendar
• Planning and booking business travel for Principal
• Running occasional errands for owners
• Assistance with our social media strategy including creating and posting content
• Assistance with our other specific marketing strategies including market research, advertising coordinating, etc…
IF YOU ARE THE MARKETING & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR . .
• You regularly find yourself making casual conversation with strangers
• You’re extremely professional and well spoken
• You are confident, smooth and comfortable on the phone.
• Your friends think you really have your life together, but you know it’s all thanks to checklists
• You have no patience for typos or poor grammar, and you’re a maniac about formatting
• You enjoy administrative tasks - even the not-so-glamourous stuff like tidying up or offering coffee when clients come in
• You are tech savvy enough to find your way around the back-end of a WordPress site, an Excel sheet, or editing a PDF
• You enjoy the creativity of implementing a social media strategy
• You are comfortable being a boss to your boss, - we want you to keep us in line and hold everyone accountable so we stay on track as a team
• When you don’t know how to do something, you Google it!
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have reliable transportation
• Proficient in written english with excellent grammar
• Must have basic bookkeeping skills
• Experience in an architecture office, or other similar service based industry
