The Technical Analyst - Tooling Administration will be responsible to contribute the successful delivery of complex technology programs and projects supporting Peacock’s roadmap for global expansion and scale as well as supporting the day-to-day operation of the Global Delivery organization through data management, reporting, and tooling. A strategic thinker and pragmatic problem-solver, the candidate will lead and partner across a global organization to deliver a best-in-class multi-tenant platform syndicated to multiple international partners: Peacock in the US, SkyShowtime across 20+ European countries, and Showmax across 40+ African countries.
The Technical Analyst is primarily responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Jira and Confluence to support complex project management and collaboration and will also support the Portfolio Operations team in a variety of other projects and activities. They ensure best practices and adherence to broader governance controls, including managing site and application access with a strong emphasis on security. Additionally, they provide day to day customer support and training, and create and maintain detailed documentation on all tooling, reporting, etc., both internal and customer-facing.
This position will report to the Manager, Tools & Technology, and will work in a highly matrixed structure, interfacing with business, product, delivery, architecture, and engineering teams across NBCU, Sky, and the wider Comcast group.

** Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000**
