About the Role: We're hiring a Technical Architect to lead architecture and solution design for enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. This is a strategic role combining leadership, architecture, and hands-on design across complex digital landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement scalable Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Service) solutions

Customize, configure, and integrate Dynamics 365 in both Online and on-premises environments

Lead end-to-end integration using REST, OData, WebAPI, and middleware platforms

Build apps and automate processes using Power Apps and Power Automate

Conduct technical workshops, present solution architectures, PoCs, and technical roadmaps

Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into scalable designs

Enable seamless data migration and analytics via SSRS and Power BI

Deploy using Azure services: ADF, Service Bus, Apps, Functions, Data Lake

Manage full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM instances in cloud-based environments

Stay current on tools like Sales Insights, Customer Voice, Customer Service Insights

Required Technical Expertise:

Strong architecture skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Programming proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL

Experience with CRM SDK, MSD Developer Toolkit

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, AAD, SSIS, and agile development practices
