    Key Responsibilities :

    • Tool Development : Create and maintain tools to improve the efficiency of the art team.
    • Optimization : Ensure that art assets are optimized for performance without sacrificing visual quality.
    • Shader Development : Develop and refine shaders to achieve the desired visual effects within the game engine.
    • Collaboration : Work closely with artists and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to art production.
    • Pipeline Management : Streamline the content creation pipeline to ensure smooth integration of assets into the game.

    Qualifications :

    • 4-6 years of experience in a technical art role within the gaming industry.
    • Proficiency in Unreal 5.
    • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, and animation.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating visually stunning games.
    • Compensation :

    Salary : $85,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
