Job Summary: Technical Business Analyst role will be responsible for implementation of product enhancements and production support of 1:1 Messaging. Triage of incidents, change requests and support tasks and data analysis as it relates to production support.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field.
- Three years of experience in writing SQL queries
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience creating/executing queries in Databricks environment is a plus
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong facilitation skills
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience within a customer or technical support environment
- Exemplary professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment
- Proven data driven decision-making skills
Essential Job Functions:
- Support a data driven products, ability to work with inbound/outbound data sets, file schedules, monitoring, databases, and updating business requirements documentations.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure SQL DB, GCP Cloud SQL or AWS Amazon RDS and/or Databricks
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Scrum
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation and reports.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experienced in using project management tools such as Jira
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
