Responsible for driving the development of a new order workspace product that allows wholesale customers to create orders, access current and past orders, order maintenance and mass returns through a UI.
Understand and analyze end to end processes, defining technical back-end system
requirements (APIs/Microservices/Cloud), writing user stories and creating epics in Jira and additional documentation/artifacts.
Process mapping: Document the order maintenance process, including data flows,
workflows and interactions between different cross functional teams, to understand the areas of improvement.
Requirement gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and sales, customer
service, operations, and the IT teams to identify their needs and requirements related to order management and maintenance.
Testing and validation: Testing of the new processes or systems, ensuring that they meet the requirements and function as intended by using tools such as Postman, splunk, AWS, SAP HANA.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or business administration with a concentration in management information systems or equivalent of education and experience.
