You should also be comfortable leading client conversations, anticipating risks, and keeping delivery moving in the right direction.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft, builds trust quickly, and treats every project like it matters.

    What You Will Do

    Client Solution Delivery

Support modernization efforts, including replacing and improving legacy systems

Work across data, integration, cloud, and application layers to shape workable solutions

Partner with project managers, architects, and engineers to execute against plan

Identify risks early, offer practical options, and help clients make informed decisions

Look for improvement opportunities in delivery, tooling, documentation, and process

    What You Need

    Consulting and Delivery Experience

2+ years in management consulting, ideally supporting Fortune 500 clients

3+ years as a Business Analyst or

2+ years as a Project Manager or similar role

Hands-on experience managing small to large projects across business and technical teams

Strong client-facing communication skills, written and verbal

Proven experience facilitating workshops, clarifying requirements, and driving decisions

Experience managing a project portfolio and using a PPM tool for visibility and reporting

    Technical Strength

Comfortable analyzing and communicating across the full stack

Working understanding of databases, file structures, scripting, APIs, integration tools, BI tools, and cloud platforms

Ability to break down technical problems and connect them to business outcomes

Experience with system replacement, modernization efforts, and data-driven transformations

Understanding of statistical and analytical modeling

    Tools and Methodologies

Proficient in Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote)

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall lifecycles

Microsoft certifications and Agile certifications strongly preferred, but not needed

Understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile Scrum

    Core Competencies

Analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, teamwork, dependability, innovation, motivation, and a clear commitment to quality. You should work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and support a positive team culture.

Growth for Clients. Growth for You.
