    • They are seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to lead in developing strategic relationships and increase sales and revenue, focusing on the Aviation, Military and Defense vertical.

    Responsibilities:

    • Increase groups market share to grow revenue, transactions, and sales, to meet department goals using industry current best practice and innovative solutions
    • Research and evaluate different methods to market including potential sales approach to integrators of companies outside our normal scope of defined “customers” and complimentary equipment that if added prove to give us growth opportunity and inroads to future business.
    • Support and engage in strategic business partnerships and product growth initiatives by conducting market analysis and new product need analysist to ensure the voice of customer is being captured.
    • Develop strategic relationships with key customers, architects, consulting engineers, specification writers, design build firms, and contractors to increase market share, product knowledge and brand identity.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of industry experience in sales and applications in custom air handling equipment and other engineered products
    • Proven experience doing risk analysis and market analysis on product offerings with an original equipment manufacturer
    • Knowledge of latest industry technology in process, automation, robotics, and energy efficient innovative solutions preferred
    • Capital equipment sales experience
    • HVAC and Construction design experience

    Compensation:

    • Base salary up to 150k/year
    • Personal Incentive: 15% - 30%
    • Profit sharing
