    Job Description

    Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Client Services/Hospitality Representative to join their Midtown New York office.

    The ideal candidate will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, managing high-volume communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office’s day-to-day services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage high-volume phone communication and client inquiries

    • Greet clients with professionalism and warmth

    • Oversee the reservation and setup of conference rooms

    • Maintain kitchen pantries and office supply inventory

    • Provide administrative support including typing, photocopying, filing, and assisting with special projects as required

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experience in a professional office environment (legal or corporate preferred)

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Proficiency with basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Comfortable with administrative duties including light typing, filing, and photocopying

    • A professional demeanor and a stable background (no temp/contract experience)
