Who You Are
We're looking for an M365 Copilot Technical Consultant to support the design and delivery of Copilot integrations across Microsoft 365. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology , helping translate real-world workflows into scalable, AI-powered solutions. You'll work closely with both engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure Copilot is configured effectively, integrated with the right data sources, and aligned to day-to-day user needs.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for Copilot integrations
Configure and support solutions within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
Help design and implement integrations across Microsoft and third-party tools
Ensure the right data sources and context are connected to support Copilot use cases
Partner with engineering teams to guide development and ensure alignment with requirements
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders , facilitating communication and clarity
Support testing, validation, and iteration of Copilot solutions
Contribute to defining best practices for AI-enabled workflows within M365
**** What You Know (Qualifications)
Experience working within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and/or Copilot integrations
Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation
Ability to bridge business needs and technical execution
Experience working cross-functionally with engineers and business stakeholders
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range $85,000 – $115,000 depending on experience
