The Technical Data Specialist supports DG's Engineering and Document Control teams by maintaining, coordinating, and releasing all technical documentation required for manufacturing operations. This role ensures accuracy in engineering change processes, bills of material (BOMs), and work instructions, helping maintain clear revision control and consistent production documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environment.
** Key Responsibilities:**
Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or Technical field).
3+ years of experience in document control, engineering documentation, or manufacturing administrative support.
Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR preferred) and document management tools (IDM, PLM, SharePoint, etc.).
Knowledge of engineering drawings, BOM structures, revision control, and manufacturing documentation.
Understanding of ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards and ITAR/EAR data handling requirements.
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment.
