About the Role

Swift Pace Solutions/Agneto Inc. is looking for motivated and experienced Technical IT Recruiter to support our growing US IT staffing and consulting business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on US-based requirements and a strong understanding of technical roles and visa classifications.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using job boards and social platforms

Work on W2, 1099, and C2C requirements

Screen resumes and conduct initial technical interviews

Verify visa status (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)

Negotiate pay rates and confirm availability

Coordinate interviews with clients

Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups

Maintain ATS records and meet submission targets

Required Skills

1–4 years of US IT recruiting experience

Strong understanding of technologies (Java, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, etc.)

Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

US staffing experience is mandatory.

Performance Expectations

5–8 quality submissions per day

Strong interview-to-placement ratio

Consistent follow-up with candidates and clients
