    About Flossy

    Flossy is building the future of dental office operations through Fiona, our AI dental receptionist. By streamlining front desk workflows and transforming the way practices handle calls, scheduling, and patient intake, we're helping dental teams focus more on care. We're in a rapid growth phase and looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Technical Implementation Specialist who can drive success during the most critical phase of our customer lifecycle.

    About the Role

    This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to have a real impact. You will lead technical implementation for new customers and step in to support troubleshooting and training as needed. You will be responsible for connecting and configuring Fiona, an AI Dental Receptionist, with individual dentist offices. As an early member of the team, you'll help shape our product, processes and customer experience as we scale.

    Key Responsibilities

    Implementation & Onboarding

    • Own the technical onboarding process from initial request through go live

    • Work directly with internal tooling to setup new Dental Offices on Fiona, our AI Dental Receptionist

    • Facilitate and debug data syncing between dental office practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix, Denticon, Eaglesoft). and Flossy's internal system

    • Once implemented work through an onboarding script to ensure that all portions of Fiona are working correctly with the new office (QA the integration)

    • Work with Engineering to debug and repair any issues with the implementation

    • Act as a proactive, empathetic partner guiding dental offices through the change management process.

    Customer Support & Success

    • Field customer support inquiries related to onboarding and early product usage.

    • Troubleshoot technical issues with support from Product/Engineering and document recurring themes.

    • Proactively surface bugs, feature gaps, or usability concerns for product feedback.

    Process Development & Optimization

    • Help design, document, and refine onboarding playbooks and customer support workflows.

    • Identify areas for efficiency or improvement and contribute to building scalable systems.

    Qualifications

    • 2 - 6 years experience in technical implementation, product management or quality assurance

    • Excited to work at a small company in growth mode

    • Excited about Generative Artificial Intelligence

    • Excellent interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with dentists, practice managers, and technical teams.

    • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

    • Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal.

    • Self- starter with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving processes.

    • Demonstrated experience navigating tech platforms, CRMs, customer support tools, and productivity suites

    • Bonus: * Experience in the dental industry or familiarity with dental practice management systems. * Basic SQL skills * Experience with Twilio or other VOIP systems like Mango or Weave
