    Enterprise Technical Lead

We are a high-volume secondary market brokerage specializing in parking passes and event tickets. Our business operates on a sophisticated "Just-In-Time" (JIT) fulfillment model: we do not hold physical inventory. Instead, our proprietary systems scrape primary marketplaces in real-time, push available inventory to secondary exchanges (StubHub, GoTickets, etc.) via API, and execute purchases the moment a sale is confirmed.

We have a functional system built by a talented offshore team, but as we scale, we require an Enterprise-level expert to audit our infrastructure, perfect our logic, and lead our technical expansion.

    The Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Technical Lead with deep industry domain knowledge to take ownership of our technical ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems are "top-tier"—meaning sub-second latency, 99.9% uptime, and impenetrable scraping logic. You will oversee our existing development team in Pakistan, acting as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution.

    Key Responsibilities

1\. Infrastructure Audit & Enterprise Standardization

Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing Point of Sale (POS), scrapers, and API web-hooks.

Re-architect systems to ensure they are scalable, redundant, and capable of handling massive spikes in data throughput.

Implement professional-grade monitoring and logging to catch "broken plays" (failed syncs) before they impact the bottom line.

    2\. High-Frequency Scraping & Anti-Bot Strategy

Perfect our scraping engine to extract inventory from primary suppliers without detection.

Manage sophisticated proxy rotations and bypass advanced security measures (Cloudflare, Akamai, PerimeterX).

Ensure inventory updates (additions, removals, price changes) are pushed to marketplaces with minimal latency.

    3\. Automated Dynamic Pricing

Refine our "Price to Sell" logic: The system must live-scrape StubHub to monitor competition and automatically re-price our inventory.

Ensure pricing logic incorporates all marketplace fees (buy-side and sell-side) to guarantee every sale meets a minimum profit threshold while remaining the cheapest option available.

    4\. Technical Leadership & Expansion

Manage and mentor our established tech team in Pakistan, setting high standards for code quality and documentation.

Lead the charge into new primary inventory sources, designing the scrapers and mapping logic required to enter new markets.

    Technical Requirements

Expert Web Automation: Professional experience with Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium, specifically at a scale that involves thousands of concurrent requests.

API Mastery: Deep experience working with REST APIs and Webhooks, specifically for marketplace integrations (StubHub/Viagogo experience is a massive plus).

Languages: Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go (our current stack is built on these).

Data Consistency: Experience with Redis or RabbitMQ for managing high-speed task queues and inventory locking.

Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with AWS or GCP, focusing on serverless functions and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

    Who You Are

Industry Veteran: You have worked in the ticket industry or high-frequency e-commerce arbitrage. You understand the "cat-and-mouse" game of scraping.

Architect & Manager: You are equally comfortable writing the core logic of a scraper as you are managing a team and a product roadmap.

Efficiency Obsessed: You understand that in a JIT model, a 5-second delay in inventory synchronization is a failure. You build for speed and reliability.
