A growing thermoforming company is seeking a new Technical Leader. The focus is all about the floor: supporting and improving tool changes, improving the process, driving efficiencies, improving quality - all with a mindset of building up, growing, mentoring, and training the team.

Reporting directly into the VP of Operations, this is a key role and requires strong technical and processing abilities in thin gauge thermoforming, excellent communication abilities, flexibility, and even solid knowledge in thin gauge tooling and cast film extrusion. It is highly hands-on and floor focused.

Must-haves:

• 10 years of experience in thin gauge thermoforming, specifically as Process or Manufacturing Engineer, Maintenance, or similar technical background
• Proven ability to interface across all levels
• Strong communication abilities
