A leading technology consulting organization is seeking a Technical Manager / Java Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to lead enterprise integration initiatives across Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role is responsible for architecting, building, and overseeing robust integration solutions that enable seamless data flow across supply chain and warehouse operations.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help design and deliver scalable, secure integrations that improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and business outcomes for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Java, with a strong focus on Oracle SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement, etc.) and WMS platforms.

• Design and implement integration patterns connecting Oracle SCM, WMS, and other internal or external enterprise systems to ensure reliable, efficient data exchange.

• Build and maintain Java-based services, APIs, and microservices supporting supply chain and warehouse integrations.

• Partner with business analysts, project managers, and technical stakeholders to understand SCM and WMS workflows and translate them into effective integration designs.

• Diagnose and resolve complex integration and data flow issues while minimizing impact to production operations.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices, coding standards, and scalable integration design patterns.

• Monitor and optimize integrations to meet performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements.

• Support CI/CD and DevOps processes to ensure smooth promotion of integrations across environments.

• Ensure integrations comply with enterprise security policies, data privacy standards, and industry best practices.

• Produce clear technical documentation, including solution designs, integration specifications, and operational guides.

• Stay current with advancements in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SCM, WMS technologies, and integration best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development and integration, with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java, and Oracle SCM applications.

• Proven experience integrating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with Oracle SCM or other enterprise platforms.

• Demonstrated success building OIC integrations, including orchestrations, mappings, and flows supporting SCM and WMS use cases.

• Strong Java proficiency (Java 8+), including experience with Spring frameworks and RESTful API development.

• Solid understanding of SOA principles, cloud-based integration patterns, and distributed systems.

• Experience working with version control systems (Git) and Agile delivery environments.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

• Effective communicator capable of working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using JIRA for issue tracking and Agile project delivery.

• Familiarity with source control platforms such as Git or Bitbucket.

• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle WMS or other enterprise-grade warehouse management systems.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related Oracle Cloud services (e.g., SOA Suite).

• Exposure to Oracle ERP platforms (Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP) in supply chain and warehouse environments.

• Experience working in Agile teams using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
