Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Manager, Radiology (Sunset Park, Brooklyn).
The Technical Manager of Radiology is responsible for the overall technical, clinical, administrative, and operational oversight of all radiology patient care sections. This role oversees Lead Technologists, regulates patient flow throughout the department, and ensures compliance with quality assurance, regulatory, safety, and clinical performance standards.
Serving as a leader and role model, the Technical Manager collaborates closely with the Administrative Director, Section Chiefs, institution practice managers, nursing leadership, radiology management teams, technologists, and support personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality imaging services. The Technical Manager supports staffing, performance management, equipment planning, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement across the department.

Professional Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors Degree required
Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or Nuclear Medicine (as applicable)
New York State License in Radiologic Technology or Ultrasound (as applicable)
Current registration with ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent credentialing body
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience
In lieu of five (5) years of leadership experience, ten (10) years of clinical experience as a technologist will be accepted, or a combination of leadership and clinical experience equating to ten (10) years, with a minimum of six (6) years of clinical experience as a technologist.
Required Licenses: Radiography - R.T. (R)(ARRT), Am Rgtry Diagn Med Sonographer.
Preferred Licenses: Radiologic TechLic IV-Cert-NYS
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree
