    About the role:
    The Technical Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex technical systems and equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of machinery and systems in a production or technical environment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Operate and monitor production machinery, equipment, and technical systems.

    · Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electronic, mechanical, and software-controlled equipment.

    · Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.

    · Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

    · Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance.

    · Document maintenance activities, system issues, and resolutions.

    · Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

    · Train junior operators and provide technical guidance as needed.

    · Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.

    · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    · High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

    · 2+ years of experience in a technical or machine operation role in a manufacturing environment.

    · Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, PLCs, and automated control systems.

    · Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.

    · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    · Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing priorities.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    · Experience with SCADA systems and industrial networking.

    · Experience in battery assembly and automated machinery.

    · Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

    · Ability to solder and assemble electronic components.

    · Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

    Physical Requirements:

    · Ability to stand, walk, and operate machinery for extended periods.

    · Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying environmental conditions.
