    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Product Owner with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that product features are clearly defined, prioritized, and executed to meet both technical and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of agile methodologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on technical and business requirements.
    2. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, defining scope, regularly updating them on progress, timelines, and any changes to scope or priorities.
    3. Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into clear technical tasks for the development team.
    4. User Story Creation: Write detailed and well-structured user stories, including acceptance criteria, to guide the development team in delivering valuable product increments.
    5. Sprint Planning: Work with cross-functional teams to plan sprints, ensuring timely delivery of features that meet customer needs and technical feasibility.
    6. Technical Guidance: Provide technical direction and clarify technical challenges, helping the team navigate trade-offs between scope, quality, and delivery speed.
    7. Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and user feedback post-launch, using data to inform future feature development and improvements.
    8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks or blockers early in the development cycle, facilitating discussions and resolutions to keep the team on track.
    9. Agile Champion: Act as an advocate for agile best practices within the team, promoting continuous improvement in processes, collaboration, and efficiency.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a product manager, product owner or similar role, working closely with engineering teams.
    • Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Travel requirement – 0%
    • Ability to lift 10 pounds (laptop for remote work)
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
    • Move about inside the office for meetings and to access office equipment
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer utilizing a phone with headset
    • Operate a keyboard for system access and email communication
    • Position primarily communicates verbally with clients through phone and call center software.
