  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.
    • Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
    • Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
    • Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
    • Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
    • Maintains effective customer communications and relations. May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.

    Special Requirements:

    • Knowledge and experience in programming with Wonderware, RS Logix, RSNetworks, RSView, Factory Talk and Siemens software is preferred. • Heavy Industrial experience •
    • Ability to read and produce electrical/controls schematics • Review and update AUTOCAD drawings
    • Design of PLC, HMI, and logic development • Troubleshooting industrial machinery. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written

    Basic Qualifications

    • Associate's degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 3 years experience.
