    Judit Inc. is seeking high-energy Recruiters based in India to support our growing US staffing operations across technology, engineering, and professional services roles.

    This is a high-volume recruiting role focused on sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for contract and project-based opportunities with leading US organizations.

    You will play a critical role in driving delivery speed, candidate quality, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and outbound outreach
    • Conduct high-volume phone screenings with US-based candidates
    • Evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and communication ability
    • Submit qualified candidates quickly while maintaining quality standards
    • Manage candidate pipelines and follow-ups to ensure engagement
    • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates
    • Meet daily and weekly activity and submission targets

    Required Qualifications

    • 6 months to 3 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience
    • Strong verbal communication skills in English (US-facing phone communication required)
    • Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
    • Experience using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Basic understanding of IT, engineering, or professional roles preferred

    Work Requirements

    • Ability to work full US business hours (EST/CST)
    • Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
    • Must have access to a US-based phone number or calling capability to communicate with candidates
