    About the Role

    Anicca is seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in Data Science and Data Analytics. In this cross-functional role, you will leverage your technical and analytical skills to deliver actionable insights, drive decision-making, and guide project execution. You will be responsible for writing clear technical specifications, aligning stakeholders on goals and principles, and ensuring effective tracking and reporting of progress. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Power BI (PBI) reports, but is also able to expand beyond reporting to deliver deeper analysis, highlight key patterns, and identify opportunities and anomalies.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead end-to-end data-driven programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment of business goals and technical implementation.

    Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements, write technical specifications, and translate business needs into actionable data solutions.

    Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities, providing clear and impactful recommendations to stakeholders.

    Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards; expand reporting to include advanced analytics and strategic insights.

    Align cross-functional teams on project goals, success criteria, and guiding principles, driving consensus and accountability.

    Track, monitor, and report on program progress, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.

    Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

    Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning within the organization.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Data Scientist, or similar analytical/program management role.

    Strong expertise in Power BI and data visualization best practices.

    Demonstrated ability to write technical specifications, align diverse stakeholders, and drive results.

    Proficiency in SQL, Python, Kusto and Microsoft Geneva for data analysis is mandatory.

    Experience uncovering insights from large datasets and communicating findings to leadership.

    Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Prior experience working in agile environments or with cross-functional technology teams.

    Familiarity with cloud data platform - Azure.

    Knowledge of machine learning concepts and advanced analytics.
