    Here are our general Program Manager responsibilities:

    • Provide functional leadership and management oversight to strategic client program initiatives? 
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall program initiative, requirements, and objectives? 
    • Work with internal team(s) and client to define tasks, responsibilities, and resource alignment? 
    • Create, maintain, and facilitate project plans and schedules with clearly defined tasks, milestones, and target completion dates
    • Align project plans in master integrated plan structure for management of multiple workstreams utilizing agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies  
    • Provide functional status report-outs to leadership and project teams
    • Capture key information and decisions for organized reporting, tracking, and documentation presentation? 
    • Develop program management runbook including vendor management, lifecycle, end-to-end process flows, organizational assessment, etc.? 
    • Coordinate across client organizations at all levels of leadership to schedule sessions for discovery, planning, status, delivery, etc.? 
    • Coordinate and guide key technical solution and design decisions with all teams.
    • Understand work tasks and skills alignment of engagement team members? 
    • Interface with teams on potential collisions and blockers as identified and recommend solutions and maintain ownership
    • Provide overall leadership, guidance, and mentorship to client teams through program delivery work? 
    • Continuous integration and coordination among multiple workstreams and maintain alignment with other related and dependent programs.
