Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who goes beyond administrative tasks to actively drive project outcomes in partnership with Product and Engineering teams. This role requires a strong focus on risk management, stakeholder alignment, and tactical delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery
- Successfully execute and deliver high-impact projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain continuous updates in a centralized project tracking system, ensuring clear visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Gather and implement detailed data collection strategies and plans to support job listing tagging and matching criteria development.
- Lead Phase I of a critical, time-sensitive initiative, followed by continued iteration and expansion in Phase II.

Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering teams to align on project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, working with stakeholders to mitigate issues before they impact timelines.
- Manage initiatives like taxonomy projects focused on a US-centric model, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Project Management & Execution
- Oversee multiple high-touch projects, ensuring timely delivery and proactive updates to leadership.
- Maintain a centralized project view using tools like Google Sheets and Jira, focusing on Epic-level tasks, dependencies, and team alignment.
- Drive technical implementation of projects, including data collection strategies, API integrations, and data extraction processes.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior leaders to gather input and support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure alignment on goals and architectural decisions.
- Maintain a curious and proactive mindset, continuously questioning the "why" behind decisions and seeking creative solutions.

Technical Acumen
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of architectural decisions and data flows (no coding experience required).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical implementation, data collection requirements, and job listing data integration.
- Support the creation of robust and efficient data extraction methodologies.

This is a contract role within an enterprise environment, requiring candidates to work effectively in remote settings and across time zones.
