    Description:

    The Technical Project Manager has proven skills in Salesforce administration and a strong understanding of the equipment finance industry. This remote role is ideal for someone who can lead cross-functional technical projects, manage Salesforce-related initiatives, work with third-party vendors on all IT related matters and ensure system and process alignment with the operational needs of an equipment finance business.

    Duties and Expectations:

    Project Management (50%)

    Plan, execute, and oversee technical and operational projects, particularly involving Salesforce and integrated platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Box, Formstack, etc. ).

    Work with internal stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

    Create detailed project documentation, manage risk, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

    Coordinate across departments including sales, credit, funding, and servicing to align projects with business goals.

    Salesforce Administration (30%)

    Serve as the primary Salesforce Admin, managing configuration, customization, user support, and maintenance.

    Create and maintain workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data models.

    Manage user profiles, permissions, roles, and security settings.

    Lead system enhancements, integration efforts, and Salesforce release updates.

    Partner with third-party developers or consultants when needed for advanced customizations.

    Equipment Finance Process Support (20%)

    Support and optimize systems and workflows related to deal origination, credit underwriting, documentation, booking, and servicing.

    Collaborate with all teams to streamline operational processes and ensure data integrity across platforms.

    Analyze process bottlenecks and recommend automation or system improvements tailored to the equipment finance lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree

    3+ years experience in technical project management, preferably in a financial services environment.

    2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Admin Certification preferred).

    Strong knowledge of equipment finance and leasing workflows, terminology, and documentation.

    Experience with Salesforce integrations is highly desirable.

    Solid understanding of project management
