Job Description
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) for Data & Analytics Engineering supports the delivery and operational excellence of NBCU’s SAP‑based analytics ecosystem, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BPC, SAP BDC and related data platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their data and analytics project management career who wants to grow into a technical leadership path.
You will help coordinate data‑driven initiatives, support analytics solution delivery, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and reliable data products for business stakeholders across the enterprise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data & Analytics Project Coordination
Support project planning and execution for data engineering, analytics, and planning initiatives across SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, and BPC.
Assist in managing project timelines, sprint activities, deliverables, and cross‑team dependencies.
Help prepare documentation such as data flow diagrams, requirements, user stories, and technical notes.
Coordinate testing cycles for data models, reports, integrations, and planning applications.
Help triage data pipeline issues, logging defects, and coordinating fixes with engineering teams.
Support in communicating and tracking maintenance activities such as system upgrades, data model updates, and performance tuning validations.
