Job Description
Reporting to the TechEx Sr. Manager, the Technical Project Specialist plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing IT initiatives across NBCUniversal Lot. This role ensures that technology projects ranging from infrastructure deployments to end-user technology rollouts are delivered on time, within scope, and with a focus on operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role designed to support close collaboration with the team and partners.
The Technical Project Specialist partners closely with cross-functional teams in this full-time, on-site role to drive collaboration and alignment across Workplace IT Operations, Engineering, TechBar, UCC, and Executive Support—streamlining workflows, tracking milestones, provide updates to leadership, and ensuring seamless transitions to business-as-usual (BAU) support models.

Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000
