    Job Description

    CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical QA Analyst to join our Boston studio team working on Cyberpunk 2, the next game in the Cyberpunk franchise. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and stability of our games, and we are looking for candidates with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of QA methodologies and tools.     Daily Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive testing and verification of new game and engine features, including performance and stability checks across different platforms.
    • Develop, execute, and optimize advanced test cases, test suites, and test plans, both automated and manual, to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities.
    • Collaborate closely with programmers, technical artists, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality output.
    • Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable insights to improve the quality of the game.
    • Participate actively in risk assessments, strategy development, and process improvements within the QA domain, adapting to changing priorities and project needs.
    • Create and refine reports using data and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide in-depth status updates and highlight trends that influence project decisions.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience for Specialist and 5 years for Senior.
    • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit).
    • Ability to develop complex test strategies that encompass integration, stress, and performance testing.
    • Experience in using testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think systematically to drive quality improvements.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and test reports.
    • A passion for gaming.

    • Experience in programming, preferably in C++ and/or Python.
