We are seeking a recruiter to join a team led by former former SpaceX engineers on a mission of automating construction through software, operational improvements, and robotics.
You will own full-cycle recruiting for a set of critical roles across engineering, hardware, and field operations, working closely with hiring managers to find and close the people who can help build a legacy industry differently. You'll be hands-on end to end: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates, all while representing our client’s story compellingly to people who aren't actively looking. Speed and quality both matter here — our client is hiring fast, but the bar doesn't move.
Position Offers
$100,000-140,000 salary (flexible) depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.
100% paid employee health insurance, dental, vision
