Job Description
We have an AI start-up client who is in need of two technical recrutiers. The role is fully remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate top technical talent for various roles, including Product-UI/UX designers and software engineers
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate technical interviews with the hiring team
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and status
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence in the AI and tech startup space
- Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in developing and improving the company's employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding processes for new hires
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
- Adapt recruiting strategies to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced AI startup environment
