  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Our enterprise SAAS client is in need of two top-of-funnel technical recruiters to support product management, design, and software roles. These roles are fully remote, and the duration of the contract is six months with the possibility to extend or convert for high performers.

    • The recruiter will take the candidates whole way through the process, but won't be business-facing and won't have to do reporting.

    • The role will be largely focused on outbound and recruiter phone screens (RPS)

    • Ballpark metrics -- 300 outbound messages/week; 2-4 RPS/day

    • The candidate talent will be US-based

    • The recruiters can be in the US, Canada or Mexico

    • Recruiter background can be specifically in product, but the client is okay with generalized software engineer recruiting as well

    • Target start date: ASAP

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Two to four years of technical recruiting experience
    • Experience recruiting for: product management, design, and software roles.
    • Experience working for a well-known start-up or public tech company
    • Must be fluent in English
    • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
