    Hi! We're Search Atlas, a SaaS B2B company focused on engineering products and services that help businesses improve their performance on Google. We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups.

    We're looking for an experienced recruiting consultant who can come in, assess our current processes, and help elevate our recruiting function. This role includes both high-level advisory work and hands-on recruiting for key roles.

    This is a temporary, project-based role. We are looking for someone to start ASAP.

    What You'll Do

    • Conduct a full audit of our Product + Engineering recruiting process

    • Evaluate funnel performance, job descriptions, and sourcing strategy

    • Recommend improvements to speed, quality, and candidate experience

    • Partner with hiring managers + recruitment to see where we can improve the process

    • Train/coach our current recruiters where needed

    • Build or refine sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and pipeline workflows

    • Be open to taking on hands-on recruiting for priority Product and Engineering roles

    • Support us in building a scalable, repeatable hiring process for future growth

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting (Product + Engineering recruiting experience required. Bonus points if you have experience recruiting for super technical AI roles.)

    • Experience in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environment

    • Prior success filling technical roles in competitive markets

    • Strong understanding of sourcing, boolean search, pipeline management, and interview best practices

    • Proven ability to diagnose recruiting bottlenecks and design improvements

    • Experience partnering with Engineering and Product leadership

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

    • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels (advisor + hands-on recruiter)
