    About the Role

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in the USA. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with strong sales acumen who can bridge the gap between engineering and commercial teams. You will be responsible for developing relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in key industries, including infrastructure, energy, and water management.
    • Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients, ensuring solutions align with their project requirements.
    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to influence decision-making.
    • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical documentation, negotiating contracts to secure profitable sales.
    • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
    • Training & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Construction or related field) or equivalent technical background.
    • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of engineering concepts, construction methods, and industrial applications.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
    • Self-motivated , results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office , and presentation tools.
    • Experience in industries such as water infrastructure, hydropower, tunneling, or geotechnical solutions is a plus.
