    Position Overview

    This role is focused on driving sales by identifying customer needs and offering clear, practical solutions. You will be responsible for generating your own leads, qualifying opportunities, and managing deals from initial conversation to project handoff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and engage commercial, industrial, municipal, and nonprofit clients
    • Maintain accurate records of your customers and upload required documents in Salesforce
    • Use web calls and phone calls to qualify opportunities
    • Stay current on relevant technologies and incorporate new solutions as appropriate
    • Take full ownership of customer relationships to ensure quality customer experience

    What We're Looking For

    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in energy, HVAC, refrigeration, or building services
    • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; college degree or license in a skilled trade (e.g., electrical, mechanical) preferred
    • Strong phone and virtual meeting skills
    • Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
    • Must be based in Connecticut or Massachusetts
    • Must pass a mandatory background check
