Technical Sales Representative - Precision Machining Solutions \- Base Salary 130k/year - Raleigh, NC

• Our client offers Global Manufacturing Solutions: Precision Machining, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Painting, and Assembly, used for a variety of applications. They are continuing to strategically expand, adding to their Sales team, purchasing new machines, and adding capabilities. Their goal is to expand their presence in the Life Sciences market. Other markets served include Medical Equipment & Biotechnology, Gas & Oil, Aerospace, Robotics, Lasers, etc.
• They are currently seeking a Technical Sales Representative who will be responsible for identifying potential customers in the Life Science and Biotech markets to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Directly selling Precision Machining solutions and developing sales prospects
• Stays on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
• Grows profitable sales within strategic and opportunistic growth segments
• Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales
• Consults with customers and estimates quotes effectively
• Responds to customer information requests; collaborates with cross-functional departments to ensure a timely and accurate response

Qualifications:

• 7+ years’ experience selling
• Expert in generating leads and closing
• Self-motivated, efficient planner, organized
• Precision metal fabrication and or manufacturing is a plus
• Experience selling into Life Sciences customers is a required

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 130k/year, plus variable
