Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist based in Danville, IN. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales processes, providing technical support to customers, and offering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with the Operations Manager and President to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Technical Sales and Sales skills
Strong Communication skills
Technical Support and Customer Service experience
Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in the manufacturing or technical industries is a plus
