Position: Electromechanical Technical Service Representative
Location: Cincinnati area
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Compensation: $22/hour (Direct Hire)

Overview:
A growing and well-established manufacturer of food service equipment is seeking an Electromechanical Technical Service Representative to support customers with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and parts ordering. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot product issues via phone and email using diagnostic techniques
• Assist customers with identifying problems and ordering replacement parts
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
• Support internal teams and occasionally assist with product training or testing
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and repair teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Electromechanical aptitude (basic diagnostics and repair)
• Experience using tools such as a multimeter
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
