We’re Hiring: Technical Specification Manager

This role is about one thing: driving influence at the design stage. You’ll work with architects, engineers, consultants, and other decision-makers to make sure the right solutions are specified early and carried through all phases of a project.

• Build and grow specification adoption nationwide

• Lead technical conversations and present to industry professionals

• Track projects from concept to completion using CRM tools

• Partner with internal teams to align strategy and execution

• Stay ahead of codes, trends, and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in specification, sales, or technical promotion

• Strong background in codes, systems, and detailing

• Confident presenter with excellent communication skills

• Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment

• Willing to travel up to 50–70%
