We are looking for a full time Technical Staffing Recruiter to attract and recruit high quality IT candidates. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to highly skilled candidates through social media, recruitment platforms, job sites and professional contacts. Must have experience with proven experience recruting or staffing tech-specific jobs like software engineering, data analysis, cyber security engineers and technical writing and others within the IT industry to name a few. Perform administrative duties such as qualify, coordinate and interview candidates, updating and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Implementing creative recruiting techniques and publishing job ads. Also, being instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process such as onboarding and communicating with clients. Performing language and skills testing to determine proficiency. Performs other related duties as assigned.
