    Technical Support Coordinator

    • $21.00–$23.00/hr
    • Englewood, CO
    • Shift: 8 or 12-hour shifts depending on project needs (Monday–Friday)

    How you will spend your time as a Technical Support Coordinator:
    • Coordinate the sourcing, configuration, kitting, and installation of technology equipment.
    • Direct and support field technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure timely project completion.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, remote desktop, chat, and email.
    • Manage schedules and field activity reporting for installations, repairs, and surveys.
    • Assist in documentation, SOP development, and internal training initiatives.
    • Support warehouse coordination and fulfillment activities as needed.
    • Provide clear communication through reports and recaps to drive process improvement.
    • Occasionally travel for on-site visits or overnight installations (as needed).

    Skills & experience we would like you to have as a Technical Support Coordinator:
    • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, help desk, or call center role preferred.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with cabling installations is highly valuable.
    • Proficient with Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Excel, and email.
    • Comfortable learning new software and working in a tech environment.
    • Proactive mindset with excellent multitasking abilities.
    • Must be flexible for shift changes and overnight installations as projects require.
