Job Description
CRD Careers has partnered with a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting small and mid-sized businesses across South Florida. They’re searching for a Technical Support Engineer who can troubleshoot with confidence, manage clients with finesse, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Servers, domain controllers, and workstations
Managing Office 365 , SharePoint, Exchange Online
Administering and resolving issues in VMware or Hyper-V environments
Deploying and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls
Supporting multiple client environments with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of experience with Windows Server (2008–2019)
Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, etc.)
Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
Strong skills in Office 365 administration
Familiarity with Azure or AWS
MSP tools like Datto RMM or Autotask? Huge plus.
