    Join LINKSWELL INC as a Technical Support Specialist, where you will be the first line of defense in providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance. Our dynamic team in Riverside, CA is dedicated to ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our innovative products.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

    Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure timely resolutions.

    Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.

    Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex problems.

    Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

    Knowledgeable about vehicle make and models.

    Android and IPHONE experienced.

    Requirements:

    Bilingual in Spanish

    Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

    Experience with EXCEL, Outlook and how to download, unzip, upload files.

    Basic understanding of 12-volt multimedia systems and Android apps.
