Technical Support & Logistics (Warehouse) Specialist - (Automotive Aftermarket Parts)
Are you a technical problem-solver who enjoys working directly with customers and diving into hands-on operations? We are hiring an energetic and motivated Technical Support & Logistics (Warehouse) Specialist to be a critical resource for both our clients and our warehouse operations. This unique dual role will provide variety, responsibility, and growth within our organization.
The Impact You Will Have (Key Responsibilities):
Technical Customer Support (30-40% Focus)
Diagnose and Resolve: Serve as the first-line expert for inbound technical calls, efficiently diagnosing and resolving issues related to TPMS sensors, receivers, software, and related tools.
Guide and Train: Instruct customers (distributors, repair shops, and end-users) through detailed installation, calibration, and troubleshooting procedures.
Document: Record common issues, update knowledge bases, and contribute to the team's shared repository of solutions.
Warehouse & Logistics Support (60-70% Focus)
Fulfill and Ship: Accurately pull stock, stage orders, and prepare daily shipments, ensuring all customer orders are complete and correct.
Process Shipments: Receive incoming materials, verifying inventory against shipping documents and inspecting for any damages or defects.
Operate Machinery: Safely and proficiently utilize warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, as needed.

Qualifications for Success
Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to quickly grasp and troubleshoot technical products, with a strong preference for experience with TPMS or similar vehicle electronics preferred.
Customer Focus: Excellent communication and customer service skills; capable of clearly explaining complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Operational Skills: Experience in a warehouse environment, with the ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack.
Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and the capacity to work effectively with limited supervision.
Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects as required for essential warehouse tasks.
