Our aerial measurements and SAAS application give Contractors the information and tools they need to help them scale their business, saving them both time and money.

Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot customer issues with our various services and applications
Respond to calls, chats, and emails from customers and prospects
Process requests through our help desk application
Update and document info in our CRM
Delegate calls to the appropriate salesperson
Educate customers on our products, services, and processes
