About the Technical Support Specialist position

We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to work with customers to coordinate service and support efforts. This position is a blend of technical support and customer support, working with administrators and customers, by email, chat, and phone.

Tech Support responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries, via email, chat, and phone
• Identify issues and define them clearly
• Provide internal support and troubleshooting to customer success and implementation teams

Tech Support requirements include:

Skills:

• Technical abilities: familiarity with software and ability to troubleshoot common issues
• Customer service skills: outstanding interpersonal skills to serve our customers
• Communication skills: proficient written and verbal communication
• Problem solving: strong ability to identify and solve problems

Experience:

• Technical college or education is preferred
• Prior experience with Intercom or comparable ticketing systems is preferred
• Prior technical support experience in a Saas environment is preferred
